10. You can only change your face claim ONCE a month. You can ts-ing three times a month.

12. ALL members should try participating to any kind of events and games.

13. If you can't join games or event. Please do tell us the reason through DM.

14. Please respect all the caretakers and your fellow members.

15. Please do tell us through DM if you feel left out, sad, and any other things that make you stressed through potternore DM, or one of admins DM. We will be here for you, because we are family!

HIATUS REGULATION:

You can only take hiatus and semi hiatus once permonth.

UNVERIFIED:

1. You will get kick out if you're not active for 3 days straight.

2. You will get kick out if you're not active in the verification day

3. You will get kick out if you've got 3 warning for not being active/violating the rules.

4. You will get kick out if you're online but not interacting with your fellow pōtter for 3 days.

5. You will get kick out if you're being disrespect towards Caretakers nor Potternore members twice.

6. You will get unverified in the evaluation day if we think you're not really active in the agency (such as not active in event, like to afk in event, and not joining agency games for many times)

BLACKLIST:

If we block you that means you're in our blacklist. You will get a blacklist if:

1. You get unverified twice

2. Being unrespectful towards the agency once you get unverified because of violating the rules.

How to join?


1. We open our registration every saturday in the second/fourth week. (if there are any empty slot)

2. There's no booked system.

3. Make sure you have already follow us and have read all the terms & condition.

2. Make sure your character is available by looking at our following, carrd (houses and wizards section), or ask us through DM on twiter.

4. Fill our registration form and do all the step that we ask you to do.

5. We will send you a DM if you get verified as one of our wizards.

6. And if you're verified, please put pōtter on your profile.
